The Boulevard will expand its dining options by welcoming two popular national brands in 2027: Jersey Mike’s Subs, a fast-casual sub shop famous for slicing premium meats and cheeses to order for authentic East Coast-style subs served "Mike's Way," and 7 Brew Coffee, a rapidly growing drive-thru concept centered on speed and hospitality that serves custom espresso drinks, infused energy drinks, teas, and smoothies from small-footprint kiosks.
