Belterra Breaks Ground

Belterra is the first multifamily property to break ground at The Boulevard. This project consists of 207 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Amenities will include a business center, a community room, a fitness center, a golf simulator, a sauna, a frost locker, a speakeasy, a dog run, a dog wash, a pool, grilling and fire pit areas, a skylounge, and a skydeck overlooking the pond and park.
