Site Sneak Peek

Construction is underway at The Boulevard. These aerial views show new roadways through the site as well as progress along I-494, with Summit Orthopedics nearly complete and Coborn's grocery underway. You'll also see earthwork in progress for the future home of Belterra, the first of The Boulevard's apartment communities, located north of the site's central pond.
