Fairview Opening in January 2027

Fairview is bringing its Bass Lake Clinic to a new home in Plymouth. Opening in January 2027, the future Fairview Plymouth Clinic will offer a larger, modern facility with expanded capacity, helping meet growing demand for primary care services and making it easier for patients and families in the west metro to access care close to home.
