Highlighted in a recent CCX News feature, developers Roers Cos. and Scannell Properties announced that leasing is now open for Belterra—a amenity-packed 207-unit apartment building opening this January—alongside the under-construction Melrose affordable housing complex, building toward an eventual 800+ total residential units. Joining existing anchors like Coborn’s and Summit Orthopedics, the commercial phase will soon welcome a Chase Bank, a 12,000-square-foot Fairview Health clinic in January, Jersey Mike's, 7Brew, and two waterfront restaurants, all anchored by a future city park and walking trails.
